| Termination
of Lease
Upon expiration of a broadcast transmission license period, a licensed agency may either contract to renew their license or submit a completed and signed Certificate of Erasure to warrant that the licensed agency has erased all tapes and notified all schools of the termination of license and that all taped copies must be erased, or Life of Tape Retention Rights purchased by the school directly from PMI. |
